I’m a little late in posting this but here’s some of my own work. This is an advert we created for a university project as part of a group of 4. The brief was to create a 30 second advertisement for Fairtrade at our university. We came 2nd in a competition out of 13 entrants for the best ad!! Enjoy!!
Robinson’s: Thanks dad campaign.
Not often there’s a campaign based around the father son relationship as usually it’s from the mothers perceptive within a family unit based advertisement. The concept of this campaign is similar to IKEA’s Idea when the toys the children are interacting with turn out to be their parents/ guardians. I really love a good emotionally appealing advert and although it doesn’t appeal to me in terms of a father son relationship emotionally it still has some attachment. Love it!
I really like this new approach that the ‘Cancer Race for Life 2013’ campaign has taken on. Still appeals emotionally to the audience but to me I think it makes more of an impact.

I’ve posted a save the nation go compare advert before but I couldn’t believe Stephen Hawking agreed to be in it! Makes it very memorable though regardless.
